Use Frame Relay Sub-Interfaces

Sending traffic from R3 to R1 using FRS1 instead of Ethernet LAN infrastructure.

For some reason the S1/0;  S1/1; S1/3; and S2/1 were all shut down on the FRS1. It took me a second, but that’s why R1 and R3 Serial interfaces were showing down/down.

Sample Config to test a single sub-interface:

Test Failed Initially: R1 showed S1/1.1 mapped to 301 not 103.
